Born in Flensburg, Germany. Living and working in the USA since 1989. Graduate of DAV Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrs-Akademie, Bremen. MBA-comparable degree in business and international logistics. Studies further encompassed languages as well as different legal subjects taught by law professors with business, logistics and court-of-law backgrounds. Professional experience in different management capacities in the logistics industry in the United States, in the chemical industry and as project logistics manager for industrial projects for power plants and other large facilities. Successfully negotiated freight contracts, warehouse and chemical tank leases as well as rail car fleet leases and implemented quality programs.
